KHYM GO SCHOLARSHIPS 2023

KHYM is pleased to announce the availability of Multiple $1000 scholarships to be awarded to a first-time college attendee who will be a full-time student enrolled in Fall 2023 classes at a Christian College or a Christian University, thanks to our Partners: Child Evangelism Fellowship: SW Kansas Chapter, Woodward Christian Academy, and friends of the Ministry!

Applicants must attend a high school within the station's on-air listening area (dual enrollment credits in High School do not disqualify from eligibility) Applications must be received at the KHYM office by FRIDAY, March 17, 5 PM CST to be considered. 

All qualifying applications will be reviewed by our Scholarship Committee. Scholarship recipients will be announced in April.

To Apply for the Go Scholarship, the following MUST be included for your consideration:

1. The Go Scholarship Application Form CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD 
2. Copy of your transcript
3. Cover Letter
4. Resume addressing the following points:
   • A Brief Testimony of your Faith
   • Intended field of studies and motivation for that pursuit
   • Honors received in High School, including any collegiate recognition you've received
   • Activities and organizations you have been involved within school, church, and your community
5. A letter of recommendation from your pastor or another church leader
6. Feel Free to include any additional information that could help the Scholarship Committee in the selection process (photos, letters, etc.)

Make sure all documents are included. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
