14th Annual Travis Bachman Memorial Christmas Stocking Drive

This annual event provides Christmas stockings for those serving in the military. Newly purchased or handmade stockings can be used. Items for stuffing include: Individual packets of Gatorade or H2) Packets, beef jerky, tuna packs, Ramen noodles, cake-in-a-mug mixes, mixed nuts, cookies, DVDs or CDs, handheld games, toiletries (place in ziplock bags), foot powder, lens cloths, AA batteries, magazines, word puzzles, Hacky Sacks, Yo-Yos, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, and lip balm. Also include a signed Christmas Card address to Service member.
Stockings should be dropped off at the American Legion Hall at 405 N. Main St. in Garden City, KS on Monday, November 30th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Please bring $4 per stocking to cover the cost of shipping. Make checks payable to We Support Our Troops.
