The Northwest Oklahoma Concert Series will open its 2026-2027 season with an evening of world-class jazz featuring the Alexis Cole Jazz Trio on Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 7 p.m. in the Fellers Family Auditorium in Herod Hall at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and $5 for students. Season tickets remain available for $50 and admit one person to each of the four concerts of the season. Tickets are available online at nwocs.ludus.com and at Holder Drug and the Graceful Arts Center.
Alexis Cole is an accomplished jazz vocalist whose sophisticated, urbane style and warm, resonant voice have earned her a reputation as a distinctive performer in the jazz world. She has shared the stage and recording studio with renowned musicians including Fred Hersch, Bucky Pizzarelli, Don Braden and Matt Wilson.
